Megastar Chiranjeevi was supposed to do the Telugu remake of Lage Raho Munnabhai but after seeing Ajit’s Tamil film Godfather, the Diwali hit, he is in two minds. Chiru liked the film and was very impressed by it and called up its director K.S.Ravikumar to congratulate him.
Now the latest we hear is that Chiranjeevi is interested in doing this remake first. What impressed the actor was the triple role done by Ajit as father and two sons. In the flashback, one of the characters shown in the film is an effeminate classical dancer which clicked with the audience of Tamilnadu.The grapevine has it that Chiranjeevi sees great commercial potential in Godfather.
